Managing customer master data, the full-time Customer Data Management Specialist will establish systems and governance for accurate customer records while collaborating with various stakeholders both in-office and remotely. Key responsibilities Establish and manage systems, processes, and standards for customer master data across the organization Develop and maintain trusted golden records for customer entities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Serve as a data steward for customer data within Salesforce.com, supporting onboarding and data management processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field 5+ years of experience in customer master data management, data governance, or related data operations roles in a healthcare setting Hands-on experience managing customer data in Salesforce.com Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and privacy principles related to sensitive healthcare data Experience with MDM platforms and data governance frameworks
