Providing support for clients' employees, the full-time Customer Care Delivery Specialist in HR Services with German and English will assist with HR procedures and employment benefits inquiries through various communication channels, while working remotely or in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities: Assist employees with questions regarding HR procedures, onboarding, and benefits through phone and webchat Explain the use of online HR systems to clients Investigate and resolve more complex HR-related cases Required qualifications: Excellent proficiency in English (C1 minimum) Excellent proficiency in German (C1 minimum) Adaptability and attention to detail Self-motivation and willingness to learn Previous experience in Customer Care is a plus, but not required
