Providing technical and educational expertise in cardiac devices, the full-time Associate Remote Care Specialist will review remote transmissions, offer troubleshooting support, and assist with customer onboarding while working remotely. Key responsibilities Reviews remote transmissions for all CRM vendors and provides high-level service to patients and healthcare professionals Provides troubleshooting support and maintains appropriate documentation of processes Assists with onboarding new customers and partners with colleagues to understand market dynamics Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of work experience in healthcare Certified Cardiographic Technician certification (CCT) Extensive understanding of medical terminology Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
