To support customer retention efforts, the full-time Illinois Licensed Customer Care Specialist will manage member notifications for premium payments, assist with payment processing, and handle outbound calls while working remotely. Key responsibilities Mail reminder and lapse letters in a timely manner from the system Consistently meet expectations of at least 50 outbound calls per day Review daily retention reports to identify areas of focus for unpaid accounts Required qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the insurance industry Proficient PC skills and ability to learn new software programs Active Illinois insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
