Customer Advocate

Senture is hiring a fully remote Customer Service Agent to support our healthcare clients. You will handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy, guiding customers through questions and concerns to resolve issues on first contact.

You’ll use web-based systems to document inquiries, verify information, and follow up as needed. The role requires bilingual Burmese and English, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
