Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Advocate I will respond to inquiries from members and providers, interpret contracts, and resolve membership issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities Respond to telephone calls, letters, and walk-in customers with a high degree of customer service Research membership database and billing history to resolve inquiries and maintain accurate records Educate members on health benefits and policies while ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations Required qualifications High school diploma or GED 2 years of customer service, member services, or claims processing experience Advanced keyboarding knowledge Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
