Customer Account Specialist

Our client is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring a seamless experience from quote to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, orders, and updates
• Process quotes, order entry, order changes, and status requests
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor open orders and proactively communicate potential delays or issues
• Resolve customer concerns, returns, and service-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within the ERP system
• Support procurement portals, invoicing inquiries, and order-related reporting
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to enhance service and account growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, order processing, or customer support
• Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution experience preferred
• ERP experience required; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
