This role is Onsite in Bessemer, AL.What You'll DoAnswers inquiries from clients concerning products while promoting the company productsProvides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clientsPeriodically prepares and reports sending results and leads to managerCaters to any customer complaints or concerns and establishes a resolutionLearns the various buying habits and expectations of the customers to provide exceptional customer serviceConducts regular follow ups on the quote statusWorks with the V.P. of Sales on the administrative aspects of salesPerforms other duties as assignedWhat You'll Need to Excel in This RoleMinimum 3-5 years related experience including experience with technical productsExperience in utility industry preferredExpert utilization of Syteline or comparable ERP system requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent sales and negotiation skillsAbility to build strong interpersonal relationships based on integrity and serviceOrganized with strong attention to detailStrong analytical skillsProven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, reps, and other inside salesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including proficiency in ExcelTotal Rewards Offering:Royal (a MacLean Power Systems Company) offers a competitive compensation package; including a bonus potential based on company performance and a dynamic work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
