Nutra-Med Packaging is seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for customers across our cGMP pharmaceutical packaging operations. In this role, you’ll build long-term customer relationships and make sure we deliver on what we promise. You’re the customer’s voice inside our company and our company’s face to the customer.

We want someone who is calm, organized, and good with people. You’ll keep customers informed before they have to ask, solve problems before they grow, and coordinate a lot of moving pieces at once. What You’ll Manage

As Customer Account Manager, you’ll own the full customer experience, from order processing to new product launches. You will:

• Serve as the primary contact for your customers, managing all aspects of account management and customer support, both internally and externally.
• Oversee order processing , sample shipments, and follow-up so orders are accurate, on time, and done right.
• Lead customer projects as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, including new product launches, line extensions, and portfolio changes.
• Review purchase order documentation to confirm it meets company processes, policies, and procedures.
• Partner closely with Purchasing, Scheduling, Production, Quality, and Sales so customer requirements and sales goals are met.
• Communicate proactively with customers on order status, shipments, project updates, production schedules, and any changes or delays.
• Hit monthly and quarterly customer budgets , and work on your own or with Business Development to grow new opportunities within your accounts.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines real customer focus with strong organization. That means outgoing, diplomatic, and detail-oriented. Our ideal candidate brings:

• A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or customer service management.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated industry and a solid understanding of cGMPs (preferred).
• Outstanding people skills. You’re friendly, patient, tactful, and concise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to track and report on many tasks at once.
• The ability to stay positive and solve problems in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A self-starter mindset. You work well with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management tools.
