Driving category growth in a fast-paced remote environment, the full-time Customer Account Associate will support Customer Account Managers by analyzing data, managing commercial spend, and creating customer presentations to achieve sales and commercial targets. Key responsibilities Identify insights and opportunities from category reports to inform account strategies Manage trade spend and collaborate on financial reconciliations to meet sales goals Participate in developing and executing Customer Category Business Plans with clients Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills Familiarity with analytical tools such as Unify, Scintilla, and Supplier One preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without authority Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities in a collaborative environment
