Custome Service Representative

Tesson Roofing & Exteriors, an elite roofing contractor in the St. Louis region, is seeking a reliable, organized Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for homeowners and commercial property managers looking to schedule inspections, repair projects, and installations.
This is a 100% remote position, but candidates must be highly professional and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, and website submission forms from clients needing roofing, siding, or gutter solutions.
• Coordinate and schedule residential and commercial roof inspections, drone assessments, and emergency repair appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project timelines, and details within our system.
• Provide basic information regarding our 25-year workmanship warranties, maintenance plans, and financing options to interested callers.
• Act as an empathetic liaison between our St. Louis-based field project managers and the customer.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or administrative support (experience in construction or home improvement industries is a major plus).
• A quiet, dedicated home office setup with a high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and swiftly respond to urgent requests, including emergency storm damage inquiries.
