Pay Rate : $22- $25 DOE

Summary/Objective
The Hair Replacement Custom Order Consultant's primary responsibility is to maintain the quality, efficiency and standards of our custom orders and to ensure a seamless customer experience for our clients with each individual custom order.
Roles & Responsibilities
Incoming CCO & Repairs

• Receives CCO & Repair and reviews order from AM/AS
• Contacts client if necessary, for any additional information
• Makes necessary updates and enters completed order into portal
• Responsible for all portal communication with CCO processor
  

Completed CCO & REPAIRS

• Creates estimates in Net Suite of receipt of weekly CCO email via CCO Processor
• Receives all completed CCO & Repairs from CCO Processor
• Notifies AM/AS of items not passing QC and or not received in shipment with a solution orientated approach.
• Deliveries completed CCO orders and repairs with estimated number to AM/AS
  

Client Communication

• Responds and partners with AM/AS on all Email, phone, and conference calls with clients regarding CCO & Repairs.
  

Reporting

• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing NS & CCO Portal reporting based on needs of the business.
• Analyze and identify was to increase CCO across all divisions
• Works with CCO department to identify European hair supply
• Identify repeat CCO base designs to review with Director of Sales Hair Replacement potential future stock items.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work
Shifts are 7:30 – 4:00, 8:00 – 4:30, 8:30 – 5:00. Based on business/client needs.
Travel
Travel maybe required for client visits, seminars and training's.
Required Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Beauty industry experience preferred
• Cosmetology License a PLUS
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
• Ability to coordinate the efforts of diverse creative employees
• Demonstrated ability to see big picture and provide useful input company wide
  

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate organizational, self-management and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  

Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America
