Design Consultant | Chicagoland | Inbound Leads | Uncapped Commission A growing home organization company is hiring a Design Consultant to work with homeowners throughout the Chicagoland area.
This is a relationship-focused sales role with a consistent flow of inbound leads already being generated through marketing, referrals, and online channels . Instead of spending your days cold calling, you'll focus on meeting qualified prospects, designing solutions, building relationships, and closing business.
What You'll Do Conduct in-home consultations with qualified inbound leads Design custom closet and organization solutions Manage clients through the sales process Create 3D designs (paid training provided) Build referral business and long-term client relationships
Compensation
$1,000/week training guarantee for the first 4 months
Average 10% commission
Uncapped earnings
Expected first-year income: $50K-$60K+
