Customs Brokerage Manager – Import Manager (Hybrid)

📍 Fife, WA

🏠 Hybrid Schedule (Mon-Thu Onsite | Fri Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to lead import brokerage operations and manage a team of customs professionals in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of customs brokerage/import experience

✅ 3+ years of leadership experience in a brokerage environment

✅ Customs Broker License (CHB) or CCS Certification required

✅ Strong knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures

✅ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)

✅ Process improvement and team management experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop brokerage team members

• Oversee import clearance operations and customer service activities

• Ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency

• Manage training, workload distribution, and performance reviews

• Resolve operational challenges and support customer needs

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
