Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.Using Toolmakers microscope, position and epoxy mount detectors onto ceramic substrates within.010"Working under Stereo Microscope, epoxy small components using tweezers, picks and other small hand tools.Using manual gold wire bonder, wirebond detectors, substrates and packages.Hand soldering and RF soldering of small components and wires.Take accurate and precise measurements.Qualifications & CompetenciesWorking knowledge of the operation of bonding and assemblyUnderstanding and demonstrated knowledge of the following:Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.Manual gold wire bondingHand soldering/RF solderingAssemblyEpoxy applicationsESD handlingProven experienced assemblerPossess good manual dexterityDetail oriented.
