Rate of pay: According to contract. Benefits: Full healthcare benefits (after 90 days). Location/hours: Stockbridge Community Schools / Afternoon shift 2-10pm.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Valid Michigan driver's license
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 50 pounds
• Must relate well with students, staff, and community
• Must be able to follow oral and written directions

Performance Responsibilities:

• Strives constantly to promote the safety, health and comfort of the students and employees.
• Keeps building and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Shovels, plows and/or sands walks, driveways, parking areas and steps, as appropriate.
• Checks to ensure that all exit doors are open and all panic bolts are working properly.
• Sweeps hallways and cafeteria daily and dusts furniture.
• Cleans areas each day, as conditions require.
• Cleans and disinfects toilets daily and cleans all sanitary fixtures and drinking fountains daily.
• Washes all windows on both the inside and outside monthly and more frequently if necessary.
• Keeps the grounds free from rubbish.
• Punctual, reliable and predictable attendance is required.
• Other duties as assigned.
