Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodian to our team at a professional automotive technology facility near the West Hamlin Road corridor in Rochester Hills. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and likes seeing the difference a well-cleaned space can make.
This position will have a strong focus on vacuuming throughout the facility using a backpack vacuum, along with other routine custodial duties. We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay on task, and consistently help create a clean and professional environment for everyone in the building.

Responsibilities
- Vacuum carpeted areas using a backpack vacuum
- Clean offices, common areas, hallways, and other assigned spaces
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supply areas
- Report supply, equipment, or facility concerns to management
- Follow established cleaning and safety procedures
- Other custodial duties as assigned
- Must be able and willing to wear and operate a backpack vacuum throughout the shift
- Dependable and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical cleaning tasks
- Ability to follow facility safety and security requirements
