Serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, the full-time Custodian Relationship Manager will maintain and grow strategic relationships with custodians, oversee technical integrations, and develop a comprehensive operational playbook to enhance advisor experiences in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Drive structured relationship meetings with major custodians and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders Build and manage a comprehensive custodian playbook to standardize onboarding and operational processes Act as the internal bridge between custodian configurations and the Vestmark platform to ensure seamless advisor experiences Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in relationship management or client-facing roles within financial services or fintech Strong understanding of custodial operations and trading workflows Experience in building operational playbooks or standardized processes Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
