Facilities Maintenance Technician
Preforms routine and preventative maintenance as needed
Monitor and prioritize assigned work orders to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to the learning environments
Maintain records and document repairs as required
Maintain all safety and code requirements set by the state, locally and by the district
Cleaning duties must be performed as necessary
Complete all safety training that is required annually
Participate in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars, as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions
The ability to perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities (or designee in his/her absence)
Reports to: Building Principal
Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience
