Paid Time Off During the first year of service, full time non-exempt (hourly) employees accrue 7 hours of annual leave and 7 hours of medical leave per month. During the third and subsequent years of service, full time non-exempt employees accrue 14.66 hours of annual leave and 14 hours of medical leave per month.

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning in all areas of a building and floor areas, such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing
- Clean bathrooms and refill supplies
- Collect trash from receptacles and empty into designated areas
- Lock and unlock doors as required
- Clean porches, entrances, and windows of buildings
- Clean, store, and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Serve as on-call personnel to assist in emergency clean-up
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Work requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
