Job Responsibilities
- Sweeping entry areas, clean all glass doors, and windows
- Removing trash, clean surfaces, and rearranging furniture as needed
- Sweeping and mopping of floors, and vacuuming carpets
- Cleaning and disinfecting all bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Stocking all cleaning supplies such as soap and paper products
- Adheres to the cleaning protocol
- Follows safety measures and disinfection guidelines
- Lockdown facilities at the end of the day
- Various cleaning duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous work experience as a maintenance worker, custodian, or janitor.
- An understanding of cleaning equipment and how to maintain them.
- Understanding of safety protocols and disposal of hazardous waste items.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, climb continuously.
- Must pass level II background check with satisfactory results.
- Must pass a post offer DOV assigned physical exam.
