Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Custodial Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. In this role, you will ensure warehouse, office, and common areas are clean and well-maintained while supporting a safe and productive work environment for employees and visitors.
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain facility areas, including restrooms, break rooms, kitchen areas, offices, conference rooms, warehouse spaces, and the shop floor.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, wash, and sanitize assigned areas to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Replenish facility supplies, including toilet tissue, paper towels, soap, and air fresheners.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from designated receptacles throughout the facility.
- Perform spot cleaning and special floor care for carpets and tile, including stain removal and floor maintenance.
- Operate manual and ride-on floor scrubbers to clean warehouse and shop floor surfaces.
- Assist with facility setup, cleanup, and support for company meetings, celebrations, and employee recognition events.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience.
- Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and assist with special projects as needed.
- Work Location: On-site
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Additional flexibility may be required based on business needs.
- Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
