Responsive RecruiterThis position helps to ensure a safe, clean and sanitary condition while maintaining the day-to-day maintenance operations at the Viera campus from 12:00pm - 8:00pm.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Empty trash cans, take out rubbish to trash dumpsterReplenish bathroom supplies, help to maintain cleanliness of restrooms and unclog drainsClean windows, ceiling vents, light fixtures, walls and doorsFinish and strip floors, clean carpets with Host Carpet cleaner and clean floors with auto scrubbersAble to vacuum, sweep, mop and dustAble to work with side-to-side floor machine and floor burnisherDust furniture and clean all counter and cabinet surfaces, sinks, and wall mounted itemsPick up trash from groundsRequired to help in the set-up/teardown of rooms and equipment relating to church and individual ministry eventsAbility to respond to custodial emergency situations as effectively and as promptly as the situation requiresCross Training for back-up coverageSafely use and climb laddersAble to take proper care of and do routine maintenance on equipmentComplete work requests and documenting recordsOperate machinery proficiently after a period of trainingAbility to move various items of equipment and materials to locations inside and outside campus buildingsAble to lift 35 lbs.
