Oranje Commercial Janitorial is a commercial cleaning company looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team.
Position Details:
-1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM | $19.00/hour
-2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM | $19.75/hour
-Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hrs/week
-Location: Multiple sites across Flagstaff
What You'll Do:
Deliver reliable janitorial services at assigned locations, following a clear scope of work provided at hire.
Physical Requirements:
This is hands-on, physical work. The role requires standing and walking throughout the shift, bending, reaching, and pushing/pulling cleaning equipment. Must be able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, including cleaning restrooms and responding to spills or bodily fluids using company-provided PPE.
Requirements:
-Must be at least 21 years old
-Pass drug screening, background check, and E-Verify
-Able to communicate, read, and write in English
-Reliable and punctual - we take attendance seriously and use a point system to track call-offs, late arrivals, early departures, and no-call/no-shows
