The goal of our Custodial Team is to maintain excellent, clean and safe working conditions for our guests and teammates on Chicago's Riverwalk.This role is land-based, and focuses on keeping our expansive Riverwalk area clean and welcoming to everyone. This position is primarily outdoors- rain or shine, hot or cold. Full time and part time hours available.
Shifts available between 7 AM and 10 PM.Responsibilities include:Performing cleaning tasks based on a scheduleMaintaining timely trash collection based on boat scheduleSweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and window cleaning around the facilityReplenishing supplies and maintaining inventory/organizationWatering plantsResponding to maintenance requests quickly with a professional mannerAssisting with minor repairs if neededShoveling snow, if necessaryPhysical Requirements:Bending, carrying, lifting, standing, sitting, walking, comfortable on a ladderOn-site Chicago, Illinois, United States $18.5 per hour Maintenance
