-Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
-Demonstrated ability to use computer.
-Knowledge of electronic email and work order system.
-Ordering of custodial supplies for building(s).
Job Specific Required Qualifications
-Ability to perform the job functions for an eight (8) hour day, five (5) days a week to include: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, stretching, lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching, pulling, pushing, carrying, climbing, jumping, running, sitting, sweeping, climbing stairs, working outdoors, and safely handling power equipment.
-Ability to successfully complete online Bloodborne Pathogens and all other required training.
-Demonstrated initiative and good independent judgment.
-Experience in training other custodians in methods and equipment operation and care.
-Experience in team/project coordination.
