PrimaryResponsibilities
- Leads and contributes to team responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all areas of plant, including office spaces, production spaces, production adjacent spaces, and parking lot and grounds as required.
- Works directly with Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to develop and maintain site custodial outlay and distribution of labor.
- Maintains team accountability for custodial activities and team member responsibilities.
- Works directly with key stakeholders at the site to understand and adapt to evolving site custodial needs as required.
- Coordinates and collaborates with vendors for outsourced cleaning services
- May assist maintenance staff on specific tasks
Education/Experience
High school diploma orgeneral education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/ortraining; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Experience with controlled GDP/GMP practices
- Leadership experience
- Computer literacy
- Experience with word processors, spreadsheets, and email
- Intermittent periods of sitting, standing, walking through facility
