Custodial CoordinatorValley Medical Group is looking for a Custodial Coordinator to join our Facilities team and support all four centers (Amherst, Easthampton, Greenfield, and Northampton). If you are looking for a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity!Position: Custodial CoordinatorHours: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pmLocation: All four locations (Amherst, Easthampton, Greenfield, and Northampton)ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Facilities Manager, the Custodial Supervisor will assign and supervise the daily activities of Custodians of all VMG locations. As the Custodial Supervisor you will be responsible for hiring, training and scheduling of all Custodians.

Inventory control will also be a part of this position.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 5 years working as a Custodian3 years of Management/Supervisor experienceStrong communication skillsStrong organizational skillsMust possess basic math and reading/writing skills.Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in English.Must be skilled in the use of a personal computer and various software programs.Physical RequirementFrequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting required.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.If you do not meet all of the preferred qualifications, we strongly encourage you to apply and/or inquire.
