The Learning Experience Corp seeks a Curriculum Director to lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of our proprietary early childhood curriculum across centers. In this role, you’ll ensure engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children 6 weeks to 6 years, coach and train educators, and use data and observation to continuously improve instruction. You’ll collaborate with a child-first, mission-driven team to align curriculum with safety, family partnerships, and our values-driven culture, while supporting innovation in enrichment programs and teacher development nationwide.
