The Learning Experience Corp seeks a Curriculum Director to lead development and implementation of our proprietary early childhood curriculum. In this role, you will design engaging, standards-aligned learning experiences for children 6 weeks–6 years, support teachers with training and resources, and use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs reflect our child-first, nurturing culture, and partner with franchise centers to maintain consistency, quality, and innovation in curriculum and care nationwide.
