The Joyce Foundation in Chicago seeks a Culture Program Director to lead and manage a $2 million annual Culture grantmaking portfolio, including the Joyce Awards, and to advocate for racial equity in the arts across Chicago and the Great Lakes region.
Reporting to the Vice President of Programs and Strategy, the director will supervise a program assistant, work from the downtown Chicago office when reopened, and may accept a flexible 80% schedule with continued benefits.
