How Will You Make An Impact?
- Operates as an extension of theU.S. HR Operations team.
- Assess and interpret organizational health indicators acrossU.S.sites using qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., Employee Opinion Survey, turnover trends, pulse checks).
- Partner with Operations and Site HR teams to define and implement high-impact engagement strategies tailored to local site needs.
- Develop and maintain a consistentframework for engagement programs, recognition, and cultural initiatives that aligns with business prioritiesacross U.S. sites.
- Drive employee engagement efforts, including understanding what motivates our employees.
- Facilitate adoption of best practices; ensure consistency across sites and alignment to enterprise programs.
- Lead post-survey planning, execution, and communications to strengthen accountability and cultural improvement.
- Actively support and participate inHR initiatives and activities where required.
- Support communication and change management efforts related to leadership transitions, org design, or enterprise initiatives.
- Supervise andcoach team member(s) with managing regional communications, logistics, and program documentation.
- Develop strong relationships and work closely with the business leaders and Site HR teams in theU.S.for timely, relevant and value-added delivery of HR programs.
- Raiseconcerns to theU.S. HR Operations teamfor visibility.
- Track key HR indicators across theU.S.and recommend corrective actions when trending the wrong way.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Location
This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Headquarters with roughly 10-15% travel (annually) to other manufacturing plants (domestically) throughout the U.S., depending on business needs and projects.

- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions and leadership levels
- Experience designing and executing engagement strategies, surveys, and culture programs
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Strong data analysis and storytelling capabilities to guide strategic decisions
- Proven track record in refining and improving HR policies, processes and systems
- Proven experience in managing HR in a large, multi-national manufacturing services environment
- A seasoned professional with strong functional expertise
- A strategic mindset with the heart of a culture builder
- Confidence in navigating diverse workplace environments and driving alignment
- Good command of English (read, write and speak)
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
Experience
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HR/culture & engagement roles—preferably in manufacturing (or similar) environments
- At least 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training
