Cultivation Technician I

• Provide manual labor to support the operations within the Cultivation department
• Support the flower department with day-to-day plant maintenance tasks and sanitation responsibilities
• Perform various manual cross-department job duties as needed
• Follow directions and take instructions from supervisors
• Pruning and defoliating plants
• Clean, sanitize, and store all grow room tools and equipment upon use
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and bag any excess plant material leaving the grow room clean once plant maintenance is completed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Works well in a team environment
• Attention to detail
• Cultivation experience preferred
