Cultivation Technician I – 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Provides manual labor to support the operations within the Cultivation department
• Supports the flower department with day-to-day plant maintenance tasks and sanitation responsibilities
• Performs various manual cross-department job duties as needed
• Cleans, sanitizes, and stores all grow room tools and equipment upon use
• Follows directions and takes instructions from supervisors
• Engages in repetitive agricultural work such as netting, loading and maintaining plant structures

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cultivation experience preferred
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
