support for dining services at the Westover/Morgantown locationOversee meal preparation, service, sanitation, storage, and kitchen workflowsEnsure meals are prepared safely, consistently, and on scheduleMaintain clean, organized, professional, and inspection-ready kitchens and dining spacesCreate consistent food service standards across both locationsMonitor food quality, presentation, portions, and overall dining experienceAdjust food production and purchasing based on facility census and operational needsMenu Planning & Client ExperienceDevelop balanced weekly and rotating menusCollaborate with a Registered Dietitian or other qualified professionals as neededCoordinate with clinical and medical teams regarding dietary needsMaintain appropriate procedures for food allergies, restrictions, and medically indicated dietsProvide reasonable and culturally responsive meal options when appropriateListen to client and staff feedback and identify opportunities to responsible cost management.Most importantly, you want your work to matter.RequirementsRequiredHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years of experience directly managing a full-service dining facilityMinimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experienceCertified Food Protection Manager credential or ability to obtain required certification within 30 days of hireExperience managing food budgets, purchasing, and vendor relationshipsStrong knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, inventory management, and kitchen operationsExperience scheduling and supervising food service staffStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain accurate food service and compliance documentationFlexibility to work occasional weekends, holidays, or nontraditional hours based on operational needsPreferredCulinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related education or certificationExperience in healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, senior living, institutional dining, or another regulated food service settingExperience opening or launching a new kitchen or dining operationExperience preparing for
