Culinary Lead & Sous Chef - Hourly

Aramark in Oshkosh is seeking a Culinary Specialist-Sous Chef for hourly work at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. You will assume responsibility in the Head Chef's absence and support efficient kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include day-to-day management, ensuring food safety and hygiene, menu cycles, budgeting gross profit, supplier checks, HACCP records, training needs, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
