- Install, activate, and troubleshoot internet, cable television, telephone, and security services
- Educate customers on equipment and services while delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Perform service upgrades, repairs, and routine maintenance
- Test and verify signal quality to ensure reliable service
- Maintain inventory, tools, and equipment in your company-provided vehicle
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards
- Accurately document completed work and customer interactions
- Continuously develop technical skills through ongoing training and certification opportunities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and safely climb ladders up to 30 feet
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
