CTO

When a CTO seat opens at Caterpillar, it's because we trust someone new to own Presentation Skills from week one in Concord. The Concord role is less about the $222,000 - $434,000 and more about what 17 years of Stress Management lets you own at Caterpillar.

Key Responsibilities

• Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls
• Earn the trust to make solutions-focused judgment calls without a committee
• Write the Growth Mindset runbook the next hire wishes they had
• Keep the full-time schedule realistic when everyone wants everything yesterday
• Monitor work quality and flag issues before they escal
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for review by leadership
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Caterpillar clients as needed
• Anticipate the NH compliance wrinkle before it becomes a fire

What You'll Bring

• A NH work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway
• Working understanding of both Networking and Presentation Skills in real-world settings
• Familiarity with the rhythms of an unfussy full-time team
• A solid foundation in Stress Management, refined over 16+ years
• A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
• Self-direction that survives a quiet Slack channel
• 15+ years of Presentation Skills reps, not just Presentation Skills exposure

Caterpillar is the ambitious company general professionals across NH reach for when the cheap option finally breaks. Honest feedback is a gift here, and we try to wrap it kindly before we hand it over.

Our $222,000 - $434,000 package travels with real mentorship, a growth ladder you can see, and the flexibility to clock in from Concord or home.

We bumped this posting hours ago because the role is still very much open.

Whether Persuasion or Leadership is your strong suit, this CTO seat has room for both.
