Job Description
- Architect and develop the initial MVP for our matchmakingplatform
- Help define a product roadmap and weigh in on feature discussions
- Collaborate withdesign team to prioritize features, give feedback on technical challenges associated with new features,and communicate progress on code
- Lead engineering hiring and demonstrate an advanced understanding of what makes a great candidate experience when interviewing engineers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional web applicationdevelopment experience
- Ability to build scalable,complex web applications end to end
- Clear and concise communication
- Willingness to take a risk on an early stage startup, potentially for a huge reward
- No ego and kind demeanoris a must
