Assists in maintaining patient and room workflow
Participates in quality management activities
Assesses patient condition
Performs CT exams and X‑ray exams
Qualifications
Education
Completion of an accredited two‑year or four‑year program in radiologic technology, accredited by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)
Experience
One (1) year of experience as a registered radiologic technologist preferred. Additional one (1) year of CT experience preferred
Licensure/Certification
American Registry of Radiologist Technology registered or registry eligible. Advanced registry in CT required within 18 months of orientation.
Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re‑training required during orientation prior to providing patient care and must be maintained through re‑training for duration of employment.
IV certification required before or during new hire orientation.
