Responsibilities

This dual‑modality role combines staff duties in General Radiology and CT modalities. The position includes X‑ray, fluoroscopy, and surgical services. The work is split between General Radiology and CT, providing a rare opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and become proficient in both modalities.

Qualifications

Requires a graduate of an accredited radiography program.

Additional Qualifications

Organized, efficient, and multifunctional. Ability to work independently, with excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication. Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths, and respond to an on‑call pager, which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends (site dependent).

License or Certifications

  • ARRT certified in Radiography
  • ARRT certified in CT within 18 months of hire or 24 months for Critical Access Hospital, Per Diem, or Supplemental employees
  • Additional certifications may be required as determined by Radiology leadership
  • State licensure for the state of practice, if required
  • BLS certified

Compensation Detail

$35.45 - $53.15 per hour

Schedule

Part Time

Supplemental/PRN, as needed based on staffing.

Day shifts are 9‑10 hour shifts starting from 6:30 am to 8:00 am. Evening and overnight shifts are included occasionally.

Site Description

Employees are located at Mayo Clinic campuses in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona; Jacksonville, Florida; Rochester, Minnesota; and Mayo Clinic Health System campuses throughout Midwestern communities, as well as at international locations.
