Role Overview: The CT Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in computed tomography (CT), to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
- Conduct studies independently, including on-call, portable exams, and other site-specific tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate degree or trade school diploma.
- Licenses such as RTR, CT, MR, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES; IEMA certification for Illinois (excluding MRI).
- Preferred experience of less than 2 years; certifications like CPR and IV Therapy are advantageous.
- No prior experience required; supervision experience not necessary.
