Our client is urgently seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 6-month full-time contract with potential to convert to a permanent role, located in Downtown San Francisco, CA.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on Siemens CT scanning experience and be confident working independently.
Cardiac CT scanning experience is required, including calcium scoring and cardiac imaging protocols.
The successful candidate will have to fulfil the following tasks:
- Perform high-quality CT exams while ensuring patient safety and radiation protection standards.
- Prepare, position, and educate patients for imaging procedures.
- Review image quality, accurately label studies, and transmit exams to PACS.
- Troubleshoot CT equipment issues and coordinate service when needed.
- Current CT experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
Also, you will be joining an innovative team supporting the launch of the Center for Heart Attack Prevention and its mobile CT screening program.
