Role Overview
Seeking a skilled CT Tech to provide high-quality radiology services with a focus on patient care, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform computerized tomographic imaging using clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and evidence-based guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams, addressing concerns and ensuring a supportive environment.
- Educate patients about procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding.
- Coordinate with departments to optimize patient flow and resource utilization, avoiding delays and conflicts.
- Conduct safety checks, validate exam orders, and adhere to protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.
- Perform necessary clinical and technical safety assessments, including calibration and quality checks.
- Handle additional clinical duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate Degree
- NM Computed Tomography License (NMCT) or provisional license (NMPCT)
- ARRT certification
- Current BLS certification
