Your Responsibilities Include
- Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to capture high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and the healthcare team to facilitate accurate diagnoses
- Expertly position patients and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal results
- Uphold stringent radiation safety protocols for patients and staff
- Maintain comprehensive records, including detailed imaging logs and equipment upkeep
- Deliver caring and empathetic support throughout the imaging experience
- Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Successful graduation from an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hiring
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
- Outstanding communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary staff
