Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Utilizing advanced techniques in radiography and CT to produce precise diagnostic images for healthcare providers
- Working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for accurate interpretation and diagnoses
- Ensuring proper patient positioning and equipment calibration for maximum imaging fidelity
- Adhering to safety protocols to protect both patients and fellow staff members
- Keeping meticulous records, including imaging documentation and equipment checks
- Delivering compassionate care throughout the imaging process to foster a positive experience
- Helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient imaging workspace
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology necessary; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of an accredited radiology training program
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is required
- Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Strong understanding of imaging protocols and adherence to safety standards
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with patients and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to changing demands
- Detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of accountability
- Comfortable with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging technologies
