CT Technologist PRN

Wake Radiology UNC REX Healthcare is seeking a certified CT Technologist to perform CT procedures at our Raleigh and surrounding area locations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT exams according to established protocols and safety standards.
• Prepare, position, and communicate with patients throughout procedures.
• Ensure high-quality images and properly process images for radiologist review.
• Assist radiologists and other team members as needed.
• Perform quality control checks and maintain equipment/service records.
• Provide excellent patient care while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Recognize and report unusual findings, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Associate or two-year degree in Radiography.
• Current ARRT registration and CT certification .
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs. and assist with patient positioning.
• Ability to work at other Wake Radiology locations as needed.
