Job Summary

Performs duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology or in the treatment of disease. Operates all the equipment utilized within the department, and develops and organizes films for presentation to the radiologist. Establishes and maintains a good rapport with co‑workers, other departments, and Medical Staff. Works under the supervision of the Imaging Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Must hold an RT (Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer) credential.
• Vocational School Graduate.
