Proper techniques must be used to obtain quality films for diagnostic purposes.Essential FunctionsPerforming CT examsClinical dutiesStart IV for contrast studies when neededReview the CT safety screening sheet with patientInvestigate CT Safety of implantsOther duties as assigned – i.e., maintaining equipment and suppliesEducationGraduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program.Registration as an American Registered Radiologic Technologist and CT Technologist.ExperienceA minimum of 1-year work experience in a health care facility setting.Excellent clinical skills with outstanding customer service skills are required.
