CT TECHNOLOGIST- PRN (AS NEEDED)

Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our patients and our team members.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Complex operation of CT scanners, power injectors, and related equipmentPosition patients for CT using patient positioning devices and PPEKnowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and physiologyLoading and operating power injections for contrast media administrationProficient in IV placementCoordinate scheduling and patient flowAssist with ACR accreditationMaintain strict confidentialityFollow organizational policies and proceduresREQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or GEDGraduate from an accredited Radiology Technology programEXPERIENCE:Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience in CT scan applications.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:License with the Tennessee State Department of Health as an X-Ray Operator.Certificate received from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).
